- The contract provides same day response to OSAS software problems. You will be entitled to an immediate response if you have a software problem that is preventing you from continuing your daily work.
- Complete free warranty service on software bugs (limited to OSI supported OSAS versions). This does not cover programs or modifications made by parties other than RCG's programming staff.
This support contract does not provide for the Open Systems CES service. The CES program is a separate agreement between the customer and Open Systems, provided through RCG. |
