Priority Service
Your service is put at the top of the list and will be performed before non-contract service or shop service.
Fixed Fee
Maintenance contract work includes 100% parts and labor. Loaner equipment is provided at no additional charge if existing equipment cannot be repaired on-site.
Operating System Coverage
Since the operating system is also included in the Maintenance Contract, if the hard drive ever fails, the operating system will be reinstalled, along with your server applications and data, to restore the system to full functionality.
Periodic System Review
We will periodically perform a system review of the server covered under the contract to evaluate functionality. We will check for any error messages, perform updates to the operating system, check available drive space, and remove unnecessary temporary files. We can also check the integrety of system backup tapes sent to us by restoring to our inhouse server.
