Response Computer Group accepts hardware returns to the Milford location with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and after the customer has spoken with the service manager. Normally an RMA number is sent with replacement equipment or you can request an RMA by calling 800-957-4724, x200.

 

The following are RCG Return Shipment Policies:

  • Returns are accepted for equipment purchased from RCG and still under warranty, covered by a maintenance contract, or needing repairs that we can do in our shop.
  • RCG will ship out replacement equipment with an RMA number and an invoice for warranty and maintenance contract equipment. RCG pays the freight to ship the replacement equipment to the customer if the equipment is covered under a maintenance contract.
  • Once you receive the equipment, you have 10 days to place your DOA/defective product back in the box along with the RMA form notating the problem with the product and package securely for shipment. The customer pays the freight to ship the DOA/defective product back to RCG.
  • When RCG receives the DOA/defective product your invoice for the replacement equipment will be credited.
