Response Computer Group has made an agreement with ATX to co-locate our email/webserver at their Broad Street Facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Not only does this server provide a connection over 50 times faster than our existing T1 line, but it also provides many new and exciting features to our customers.

Some of the new features brought to you by this new web server are anti-virus e-mail protection, anti-spam, backup power, and multiple tier 1 providers to the internet.

This means that the threat of receiving computer viruses through your email will be significantly reduced, as all incoming emails are thoroughly checked for any trace of viruses.

It also means that those ever-repetitive spam emails will no longer effect you. The server blocks incoming messages from all black-listed email accounts (email accounts notorious for spamming and causing other menaces), so only legitimate messages get through to your inbox.

The ATX co-located server will be kept running by dependable back up power systems at their site, so your email service or websites will continue running even though we are experiencing thunderstorms or power outages in our local area.

We are very excited about the secure and dependable internet experience that this new web and email server will provide for our customers and for ourselves.

Email account administration - adding or deleting users, changing passwords, etc., is normally completed within 15 minutes of receiving a request from you.

Out staff can setup your own unique domain name (www.yourcompany.com) and provide your company with a professional image. No longer will an email be sent to "bill3727@yahoo.com", but rather to "bill@yourcompany.com".
